Terms & Conditions


You agree to and acknowledge the following with respect to any services ordered by you or on your behalf from LuggEasy Shipping, Inc. (hereinafter “LuggEasy”):


1. Booking

1.1  LuggEasy is a booking agent for national and international couriers and does not handle your shipments.

1.2  You agree LuggEasy to send your items with any one of the following couriers, these couriers include but are not limited to Fedex, DHL, and UPS.

1.3  Once a booking has been made, it cannot be altered once it has been processed and a tracking number issued.


2. Payment, Charges and Refunds

2.1  Payments are made at the time of booking and can be paid with credit or debit card. We do not have access to your card number.

2.2  Your package must not exceed the limits of the service booked, either in weight or size. If they do, extra cost will be charged either as per our website rate or if not available courier imposed rates. If your shipment is overweight/oversized it may be delayed, returned to you or you may have to collect the shipment from the courier’s local collection/delivery depot without refund.


2.3  Any surcharges, fees or outstanding invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt. We will directly charge your default saved payment card with an additional penalty of 20% of your total purchase with LuggEasy if you do not pay the invoice or query the outstanding invoice within 14 days.


2.4  No refunds will be offered for cancellation of service. Partial refunds may be offered if your package is severely delayed due to the courier. This does not apply if your labels have fallen off.


2.5  We understand that it might be a little difficult for you to perfectly estimate the quantity of boxes you need to purchase. Therefore, we guarantee that you are allow to return one box and get full refund. So don't worry about over-purchasing our service. However, you are not allowed to return more than one boxes, so do not over purchase too much.

(For example, Mike bought five boxes with LuggEasy, and then he found out that he only needs three of them, then he is only allowed to return one box and get full refund on that one box. The total cost of his purchase will be the price of four boxes.)


2.6  If you decide to not use our service at all after we shipped the label, no refunds will be offered as well.


2.7  Any refunds can be made back through different sources. These sources include credit/debit cards, wechat, paypal, bank transfer and other sources. Currency Exchange Rates are based on the current exchange rate at the day of the payment. 


3. Collection and Delivery

3.1  Collections that fail are not automatically rebooked and you must contact us to arrange another collection. We will try our best to assist you to reschedule.

3.2  Please be aware of the prohibited list. If your shipment contains items from the prohibited list, it may be delayed or returned to you. LuggEasy will not be hold responsible for such situation. Please consult your destination country's customs and border agency's website for details of items which you may not be allowed to send unaccompanied when using shipping companies. If you are not sure about if your items are prohibited or not, you can always contact LuggEasy directly.

3.3  It is your responsibility to ensure the provided labels are attached securely, if you do not attach your labels securely you are not entitled to claim compensation if your item is delayed or lost. But do not worry, it is our priority to assist you in packaging process and attaching labels.

3.4  You must be present for collection and delivery, if you miss your collection no refunds will be offered.

3.5  LuggEasy is not liable for any delay, loss or damage that may occur to your package. It is the couriers' responsibility to ensure your package is collected, handled and delivered with due care. If you have experienced a problem with your collection or delivery, please contact the relevant courier or LuggEasy directly. If your package has unfortunately been damaged, please contact LuggEasy as soon as possible. It is our priority to assist you in claiming a indemnity from the couriers.

3.6  LuggEasy is not liable for any customs charges, clearance fees or taxes imposed on your shipment. This is the customer's responsibility. You can ask our customer service for more detailed information before you ship your items, we are more than happy to answer any of your questions.


4. Insurance & Value Protection

4.1  Each consignment booked through LuggEasy has inclusive Insurance Cover (international covering $200/ domestic covering $100) against package loss. You can extend your cover with LuggEasy before your shipment.

4.2  If you do not take out any additional cover you agree that the items you are sending are not worth more than the inclusive cover or accept sole responsibility of any additional costs or loss if your items are damaged or lost.

4.3  Cover purchased for items which are prohibited cannot be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to check this list before completing an order.

4.4  Fragile or breakable items should not be sent on any of our services.

4.5  No refunds will be offered for any shipments that contain prohibited items.

5. Delivery Policy

5.1  LuggEasy’s domestic delivery is 2-4 business days. LuggEasy’s international area delivery is 4-6 business days (From US to Any Customs). Business day is from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These times are not guaranteed.

5.2  During busy periods there can be delays due to the volume of items being sent, please allow an extra day or two for delivery and please always check your tracking.

5.3  The delivery of our packaging tools will take 2-4 business days. So we highly recommend that you plan your shipping ahead of time.


6. Customer Privacy

6.1  This privacy policy sets out how LuggEasy uses and protects any information that you give LuggEasy when you use this website. LuggEasy is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Your personal information will only be used in proceeding your shipment.

6.2  LuggEasy may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes, we will email you if it is updated. This policy is effective from 06/20/2018.

6.3  From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes or ask for your feedback on our services.



LuggEasy promises that we will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission, it is required to process your order or is required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen. We only share the necessarily information (name, phone number and address) to the collection/delivery courier so they are able to collect and deliver your shipment without issue. We may also share your name and address with the payment processor in order to make successful payments for your orders.
